Together with π RSR Entertainment (event management), we manage the operations of Sherell Ra Sha Incβs music recording, publishing, and promotion visions, including artist management specializing in discovering and developing Iowa talent.

Here at π RSR, we value talent, work, and finding gems in unexpected places. We have the tools to promote talent that is willing to work. We look for artists with talent and charisma backed by a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn. We also tend to favor the undiscovered. Are you looking for a one in a million chance? We might have a path for that.
What style of music / artist does π RSR represent?
π RSR specializes in promoting faith-based artists and productions. However, we do consider a variety of artists and content styles and genres.

Deborah K. Morris

President Morris is the CEO of π Ra Sha Records’ parent company, Sherell Ra Sha Inc. She participates in talent management.
π RSR Director of Operations
Shenica R. Graham
(November 13, 2013 – Present)
Director Graham manages π RSR brad strategy, marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, radio promotion, label administration, e-commerce initiatives, event administration, subscription services, and other business affairs.
She also scouts and develops talent, oversees recording and promotion, maintains a song catalog, produces albums and videos, designs costumes and websites, and writes a variety of publications. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in General Studies.
Graham started her tenure with Ra Sha Records in 2013, as an aspiring recording artist. She produced an EP and embarked on a brief tour. She still records music, but devotes most of her time to developing other artists and participating in the songwriting process. Today, she is the CIO of Sherell Ra Sha Inc.
